What Is the Mentorship Channel?

The YFCP Mentorship Channel is a structured, community-driven program designed to bridge the gap between early-career professionals and experienced practitioners in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC).

Through one-on-one mentoring, career discussions, and knowledge sharing, our goal is to help young professionals navigate their early careers and make meaningful progress in the industry.

How does it work?

Step 1 - Apply

Fill out a short form to tell us about your background, interests, and goals.

Step 2 - Match

We pair mentees with mentors based on their areas of focus (e.g., AML, sanctions, investigations).

Step 3 - Connect

Mentors and mentees meet regularly (virtually or in person) to discuss career paths, learning goals, and practical insights.

Step 4 - Grow

Participants get access to exclusive resources and community support to continue developing their FCC careers.
