Who we are
Young Financial Crime Professionals (YFCP) is a space built for early-career professionals, by early-career professionals.
We were all at the start of our careers when the idea for YFCP came about. Conversations about how difficult it was to network naturally in this field quickly turned into a plan to do something about it — and that’s how YFCP was born.

Traditional financial crime events often feel formal and geared toward senior professionals. They’re valuable, but not always the best space for honest conversations or genuine connections early in your career.
YFCP offers an alternative, a relaxed, authentic way to connect with peers, share experiences, and ask questions freely. The people you meet here may become mentors, colleagues, or collaborators, but first and foremost, they’re peers who understand your journey.
